Ever wondered just what is been used on your car and exactly what is been done with it in one of our valets or details? Well here we will explain all for you!

PRE-WASH
This is how we start all exterior work on all cars, We do this in different ways though depending on the job thats been done. But is always appled to your door shuts, wheel arches and exhaust trim to gain the most cleaning potential.

1: TFR pre soak, This is a product applied by hand,sprayed onto the car then left to soak. This will remove road grime, insects and any old wax from the car. This is an ideal base for a service were we will be replacing your wax protection.

2: Citrus pre-wash, This product will do the same as the TFR soak but is wax safe so it will not harm or remove your wax protection, This is ideal for those times that we are not replacing your wax protection.

3: Foam bath, This again is wax safe so will not remove or harm your wax protection and is applied to your car after the citrus pre-wash to remove even more road grime, dirt and insects. By applying foam bath we remove as much dirt as possible before we hand wash the car, because dirt or dust particales left on the paint can result in light scratches and swirls.

TOP TO TOE WASH PLUS DRYING
This is where we will wash your car with either a 100% lambs wool wash mit or a special detailing sponge using either a P.H neutral shampoo or a specially  formulated shampoo that contains a slight wax content, This is also done using a 2 bucket method as to make sure no dirt is transfered back onto the car.

We use the special wash mits and sponges to eliminate the risk of adding swirls to the paint and as the name suggests the entire car is washed in this manner from top to toe. Then carfully dried by hand with a super soft microfibre drying towel

WHEEL CLEANING
We have a number of options for cleaning your wheels depending on the type of wheel and the finish,

1: Safe alloy acid:- only used on extremely soiled wheels. kept for specific designs and finishes that we know will be ok with this treatment.

2: A totaly safe acid free wheel gel:- This is the most commonly used for the wheel cleaning process.

Once the solution has had time to work on the grime we use a variety of brushes and sponges to clean the wheels, front and rear.

WHEEL PROTECTION
When the wheels are clean they are then protected with a special wheel wax or balm to add shine and protect them from future road grime and brake dust. If the back of the wheel can not be reached then the wheels will be removed to access all areas.

ENGINE CLEANING AND PROTECTING
The engine is part of the car that quite often gets overlooked.

But not by us we will hand clean and degrease your engine and surrounding area with special degreasers, Then polish and protect all the areas with plastic, metal or rubber dressings, depending on your engine type.

All this will be done by hand and no pressure washer will be used on the engine at all.

CLAY BAR
A clay bar is exactly what it says. However it is not simply the same clay that you would use for pottery it is a specially formulated clay which is gently rubbed over the surfaces of your car.

Doing this gently removes any embedded contamination from the paint surface for example brake dust and other microscopic particals from the roads.

Leaving the paint and glass surfaces of your car which over the years can become rough, as smooth as they were intended to be.

MACHINE POLISH AND PAINT CORRECTION
A machine polish can restore cars that you may think need full re-sprays. 

This is a process which takes a great deal of time and skill, We will firstly check all of your cars paint depth with a special paint depth meter/gauge which will allow us to determin the exact amount of paint on your car and exactly how much is safe to remove down to the last micron in order to correct any swirls, scratches or holograms in your paint.

We do this by using a combination of differant polishing heads from soft to hard and different polishes from a mild cutting polish to a high cutting polish.

PAINT CLEANER
This step is designed to clean the paint and add depth to the shine as well as prepare the surface for the wax,

It does this by removing any contamination from the paint that could of been missed by previous steps as well as removing any oils or other products that could reduce the wax's protection and durabuility.

Again we have a range of paint cleaners which will be carfully selected depending on your paint and wax choice.

WAX
A good wax not only adds shine to your car but also protection from road grime and the weather.

We apply your wax by using special foam pads to the entire car including door jams and boot shuts then it is left to cure until set, then buffed off with super soft microfibre cloths,

We offer a variety of waxes depending on your paint the service you have selected and your budget. They have a variety of ingrediants but one of the most inportant is there carnuaba content. Waxes start at around 5% content and range upto 60% content, Please enquire for more infomation on our wax selection.

GLASS CLEANING
Clean glass can make all the difference to your car. We will use different products on your interior glass to your exterior.

Interior
Here we will use a spray cleaner which is sprayed onto your glass then buffed off with microfibre cloths, The cleaners we use here will help prevent mist on your glass.

Exterior
On the exterior glass we use a special Glass polish which is applied by foam pads and buffed off with microfibre cloths, the polish we use here will help water run off your glass quickly.

PLASTIC TRIM
This step is for all plastic bumpers, grills and even plastic under arches, Using either a plastic or rubber dressing we will apply using a cloth to all plastics or rubbers, Unreachable areas will be applyed by a spray.

TYRE DRESSING
Dressing your tyres not only makes them look like new but also protects the side walls and prevents them from drying out and cracking.

METAL AND CHROME
Using special metal polishes and super fine cloths all metal and chrome work on the car is polished and protected by hand.

DRY VAC AND WET VAC
When we dry vac any car we use only a crevice tool so as to pay fine detail to every area and to get into and down all small areas and crevices.

Wet vac, this is a process we use to remove stains and smells from your interior, We do this by using a variaty of cleaners all with a very pleasant smell and a special extracter vac that is designed to spray the cleaner onto your seats then extract the cleaner along with all the dirt in one move.

DASH CLEANING AND DRESSING
This is not just your dashboard that gets treated but all your interior plastics.

Firstly we clean your plastics with a special cleaning product that removes all dirt grime and grease this then leaves your plastic primed for our dressing, This is applyed by cotton cloth and is nicely scented to leave your car smelling fresh and looking fresh.
